Precious Lord, we don’t mean to doubt. The enemy’s lies are so convincing at times. He knows our weaknesses and targets them. He wants us to believe we are incapable. But Jesus YOU ARE CAPABLE. YOU equip us for every purpose to which you call us. What you need, what you want from us is simple: obedience. Let us trust those nudges, Lord. Let us trust the walk will lead to the outcome YOU desire. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us. (Hebrews 12:1-3). In the precious blood of Jesus, I pray in humility and obedience. Amen
