Lord Jesus, you don’t intend for us to live a life burdened and overwhelmed. You want us to share the joy that you found in communion with the Father. Help me to seek the simple times. Help me to embrace the quiet and stillness. Help me to settle into the child you created me to be. Let me give myself permission to be immersed in childlike giddiness. Let me embrace Heaven on earth. In the precious name of Jesus. Amen.
