Lord, let me never lose sight of the cross. Let my heart be filled with the overwhelming sacrifice and love that hung on the cross for me. Thank you for dying that I may be forgiven not just today, but forever. Thank you for finishing God’s plan for reconciliation. Let me love myself as you love me. Let me forgive myself as you forgive. Let me trust int he life giving blood you shed on the cross. In your precious name, I pray. Amen.
