Prayer for A New Day

Heavenly Father, you are the creator of all this and so much more. You create the beauty that we see and so often take for granted. You create the kindness of strangers to pray for others.  You create a compassion in our hearts for those who are in need. And you create all of those things to indwell us through your Holy Spirit. Oh, Jesus let me be more like you today and every day. Let my words and my actions be a blessing to those around me. Let my testimony be the way I act and walk and speak. Use me today to glorify Your precious name. I pray your peace and protection over all of us. I pray your peace, joy, success, and protection over our children, families, friends.  We know that you love them more than we could ever imagine. So, we rest in the knowledge that we are in your capable arms. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for all that you give to us even when we are so undeserving. We love you. in Jesus name we pray. Amen”
